The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 20, 21, 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

It is alleged that from possession of the petitioner 8 Kg. 900 gms. of Ganja was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 07.01.2015 i.e. he has already remained in jail for about six months. Co-accused Gulfam Khan has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 07.04.2015 vide Criminal Misc. No. 11830 of 2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18819 of 2015 (3) dt.02-07-2015 Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 354 of 2014 giving rise to G.O. Case No. 02 of 2014.
