JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2016 This is the fourth attempt by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Trial No. 1484 of 2015 arising out of Haspura P. S. Case No. 149 of 2013 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of one country made pistol and four country made carbines from the possession of the petitioner as also the fact that the petitioner is involved in four other cases of identical nature, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
