JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-10-2022 In view of the disputed question of facts involved in the present case as to whether the death of the husband of the petitioner occurred in custody on account of negligence of the forest officials, or whether he died a natural death, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate suit for award of compensation before the competent Civil Court having appropriate jurisdiction. Liberty so sought is granted.
