The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.40 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 342, 365 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have confined the son of the informant for repayment of Rs.65,00,000/-.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that admittedly this is a case of money laundering. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and as it is a matter of money laundering and this petitioner also produced the documents related to amount of Rs.65,00,000/- received by the son of the informant, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.40 of 2024 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class at Danapur.
