Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the informant as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is said to have given Garasa blow on the head of the injured. No doubt, injured is said to have sustained grievous injury on his head but the injury report reveals that the injury had been caused by hard and blunt substance. It is also obvious from the first information report itself, that the alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. The petitioner is in jail custody for near about four months and the investigation has already been completed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18905 of 2015 (2) dt.23-06-2015 2/2 Accordingly, above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Tegra P.S.Case No. 267 of 2014.
