Case No.110 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/30(c)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner preferably on the same day without being prejudiced by this order.
