No. 4643 of 2020 passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Kumar.

It is submitted that due to typographical error P.S. name has wrongly been typed as "Bakhri P.S." in place of Allouli P.S." and respondent no. 4 has been wrongly typed as the "Suprerintendent of Police, District of Begusarai, Bihar" in

Patna High Court MJC No.1092 of 2020 dt.18-02-2021 2/2 place of "Superintendent of Police, District of Khagaria, Bihar." In view of above submission, the order dated 13.07.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4643 of 2020 is modified to the extent that "Bakhri P.S." be read as Allouli P.S. and respondent no. 4 the Superintendent of Police, District of Begusarai, Bihar" be read as "The Superintendent of Police, District of Khagaria, Bihar." wherever same forms part of the above order.

The modification petition is allowed to the extent as indicated above.

The time for appearance of petitioner is extended till 22nd March 2021, if not already appeared.
