The petitioner seeks bail in Madanpur P.S.Case No.204 of 2014 registered under Sections 366A/34 IPC.
The informant alleged that his daughter went market but did not return. The occurrence took place on 10.10.2014 but the FIR was lodged on 15.10.2014.
It is submitted that the victim has not alleged that the petitioner kidnapped her and the villagers also stated that they have good relation. The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. also did not allege about any ill-treatment at the hands of the petitioner. The victim has stated that the petitioner took her to different places on motor cycle but she did not raise any objection. The petitioner is in jail since 15.10.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No. 204 of 2014.
