Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report but informant claimed that he learnt the name of the petitioner and other FIR named accused persons from local people.

Admittedly, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner not the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade and having more or less similar allegation one co-accused Amit Kumar @ Amit Kumar Dutta has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
