The petitioner seeks bail in Halsi P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons subjected the daughter of informant to torture, harassment and caused her death due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and he is living separately and has no concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioner is in custody since 09.03.2021 having no criminal antecedent. Investigation is complete.

P.S. Case No. 163 of 2015.
