JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and some other co-accused were caught from the house of one Yogendra Yadav and counterfeit notes and other apparatus were recovered from there. Two live cartridges and a mobile phone are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 01.01.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S.Case No. 345 of 2015.
