2. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Collector, Araria and as per paragraph-6, the Sikti Police Station is continuing on the land in question effective 15th May, 1918.

3. 106 years later, the petitioner seek a direction to remove the same which he claims to be a khatiyani land.

4. He is well advised to take the route of competent Civil Court for the redressal of his grievance.

5. No writ can be issued in such matter where a Police

Patna High Court CWJC No.8865 of 2023(4) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 Station is in existence since 15th May, 1918.

6. The writ petition is dismissed.
