One motorcycle bearing registration No. BR 50/2771 was recovered from the house of one, Sant Kumar Yadav in whose house, petitioner happens to be renter. So far as recovery of looted motorcycle of the present case is concerned; according to paragraph-54 of the case diary, the aforesaid motorcycle was recovered from possession of apprehended accused of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 351 of 2014.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
