JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 9 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the direct and specific allegations made in the FIR against the petitioners that they assaulted two ladies, who sustained injuries over their head in which one of the injured was even referred to P.M.C.H. Patna

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13943 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2 / 2 for CT Scan of skull and brain , I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
