The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegation, the fact that coaccused Md. Jakir Hussain, whose case is identically situated to that of the petitioner has already been granted bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.05.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33126 of 2019 and the statement made in para 3 of the application that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33649 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 71 of 2019, subject to the conditions :

(a) that the petitioner shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed;

(b) that the petitioner shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case; and (c) that the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
