JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 This application has been filed by the petitioner under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating a contempt proceeding against the respondents/opposite parties for their wilful violation and disobedience of the order dated 23.02.2017 passed in CWJC No.18380 of 2016.

At the outset, Mr. Siyaram Pandey, learned counsel

Patna High Court MJC No.2490 of 2017(3) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 for the petitioner, submitted that during pendency of this application the aforesaid order dated 23.02.2017 passed by this Court in CWJC No.18380 of 2016 has fully been complied with. In view of the submissions made above, no case for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties is made out.

The application is dismissed.
