The petitioner seeks bail in Vigilance Case No. 27 of 2015 (Special 08/2015), registered under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act. It is alleged that the petitioner was caught red-handed while accepting bribe of Rs. 25,000/- from the Headmaster. It is submitted that the petitioner is suffering from concurrent migraine.The petitioner has been admitted in S.K.M.C.H., Muzaffarpur. The Medical Officer of S.K.M.C.H., Muzaffarpur, reported that the petitioner requires better treatment which is not possible in S.K.M.C.H.

Considering the fact that the petitioner being the lady

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19818 of 2015 (3) dt.22-05-2015 2 / 2 has already remained in jail for 46 days, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar at Muzaffarpur in Vigilance Case No. 27 of 2015(Special 08/2015).
