Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 30/2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/354/504/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is accused of making phone calls to the minor daughter of the informant and when her family member questioned, the accused persons assaulted the family of the informant.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. It is,
