2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner passed her 1st Year and 2nd Year examination, one of the subsidiary subject of Sociology. However, she was not allowed to appear in the B.A.-III examination of Sociology, solely on the ground that Sociology subject has been de-affiliated from the College, where she was studies and, therefore, she has approached this Court.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the University

I have considered the submission, if the Sociology subject has been de-affiliated, students from Jai Prakash University, Chapra were to be issued instructions to appear for the examination from another college and submit their examination form therein. In absence thereto, the students cannot on her own submit her examination form from another college.

6. Be that as it may, the statement made at bar by the learned counsel for the University would be sufficient to close the matter with direction to the University to issue appropriate directions to Sri P.N. Singh College, Chapra to allow the petitioner to submit her examination form and also appear in B.A.-III examination from the said college as
