The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 452, 307, 302, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It has been alleged that 17 persons and other unknown persons raided the house of the victim and resorted indiscriminate firing in which one person has died and other persons have received injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather there is general and omnibus allegation. Other co-accused, namely, Manik Yadav alias Malik Yadav and Dhanik Yadav have

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner, Chhabilal Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District and Sessions Judge Adhock-II, Madhepura in Bihariganj P.S. Case No.132 of 2013, S.T. No.32 of 2014(s).
