Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act.
Petitioners are said to have hurled abusive language to the informant and her sister and also tried to outrage her modesty for which petitioners are in jail custody since 4.1.2015. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and it appears that parties have settled their dispute amicably. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Sitamarhi in Sonbarsa P.S. Case no. 158/2015.
