The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019, registered under Sections 467, 468, 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that in course of checking of the vehicle, a white colour bus bearing registration no. JH02AV8861 was intercepted and a person, who was driving the bus, disclosed his name as Dinesh Paswan. On query, Dinesh Paswan, could not produce the paper and for safety purpose, the bus was taken to the police station, where driver produced the registration book detailing the registration no. JHO2AV-8861 but the Chessis No. and Engine No. were different. The driver of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, chessis and engine of bus was purchased by the petitioner and the same was sent at Indor for making body of the bus and after making the body, the bus was taken by the driver and in that period, police seized the bus of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 28 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
