The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act. It is submitted that earlier the petitioner was granted bail by this Court but he could not appear on the date fixed in the court below on 12.09.2013 and consequently the bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled.

It is submitted that the petitioner surrendered on 28.02.2015 and is remained in custody from 28.02.2015. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
