Petitioner is not named in the first information report and according to prosecution case itself, he was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession. The name of the petitioner appears to have surfaced in course of investigation and except the aforesaid material as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Babubarhi P.S.
