JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 31-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have assaulted the deceased by his shoe causing injury on his testicles but Annexure-2, the photostat copy of post mortem report of deceased, shows that deceased died of his heart ailment and no injury was found on the person of the deceased.
