The accusation against petitioner is that he along with two others caught the hands of deceased whereas FIR named accused Satyendra Chaudhary gave spade blow on the head of the deceased.

Considering the nature of the allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 15.09.2014, let petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S.
