2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take steps for payment of arrears of salary, current salary from the date of the appointment and also to grant all ACP benefits to the petitioner as well as other appropriate reliefs.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed representation dated 6.3.2020 (annexure 4) before respondent no.5. However, the petitioner may be given liberty to file fresh representation before respondent no. 2 for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner file such application before respondent no.2 within a period of six weeks from today.

5. In the event, if such application is filed within the said stipulated period, respondent no.5 shall look into the matter

Patna High Court CWJC No.8663 of 2023(2) dt.27-11-2024 2/2 and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the application.

6. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
