Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 302/34 IPC.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The informant has stated that Laxmi Devi and Kurban might have killed the father of the informant.

It is submitted that the name of the petitioner figured in the case on the confessional statement of Laxmi Devi who also disclosed that she and Kurban assaulted the deceased with knife and petitioner assaulted the deceased by leg. Except the confessional statement of co-accused, that too before the police, the police did not collect any tangible evidence to show the involvement of the petitioner in the crime.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarhana, East
