JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 30-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No.58 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307/34 of the I.P.C. The petitioner had moved this Court in Cr.Misc. No.49120/15 and this Court vide order dated 3.11.2015 rejected the bail application of the petitioner with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in custody.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 21.8.2015.

Looking to the period of custody, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12281 of 2016 (2) dt.30-03-2016 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Gopalganj, in Thawe P.S.Case No.58 of 2015.
