JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that almost all the grievances of the petitioners have been redressed, however as far as the revision of salary on the basis of Sixth Pay Recommendation is concerned, the same has to be paid w.e.f. 01.04.2007, however the same has been paid w.e.f. 01.04.2010. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, nothing survives for proceeding further in the present matter. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their subsisting grievances, if any, before the departmental authorities.
