2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"i. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the order contained in memo no. 224A dated 25.06.2021 passed by Respondent no. 3 by which the license no 33/2016 of the petitioner under public distribution system has been cancelled.

ii. And the petitioner further prays to restore the license no. 33/2006 of the petitioner forthwith.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9141 of 2022 dt.28-04-2023 2/2 iii. Any other order or orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper and in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of revision before the revisional authority.

4. In the light of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is permitted to file revision before the revisional authority. In such a event of filing of revision petition, revisional authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioner's revision petition within a reasonable period of one month (or within statutory period) from the date of receipt of such revision petition.

5. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed of.
