The petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No. 133 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of co-accused, but the petitioner was not put on Test Identification Parade. He is in jail since 17.10.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S.
