The petitioner has lost in the encroachment case as well as in the appeal. For the same relief, Title Suit No. 195 of 2015-16 is pending in the Court of Sub Judge-I, Bikramganj (Rohtas).

This writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an injunction application in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9313 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 Court of Sub Judge concerned. If such an application is filed, the same must be disposed of by the Sub Judge concerned within a month of its filing after hearing all the parties. If the petitioner files an injunction application within fifteen days from today then the status quo, as on today, shall be maintained by the parties till the disposal of the injunction application.
