The petitioner seeks bail in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 26/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The police raided at New Asian Hotel, Exhibition Road, Room no. 3 and from there the petitioner along with other accused persons were arrested. From the possession of the petitioner and other accused persons money, mobile phones, marksheets (original or photocopy) of BETET-2011 of different persons, application, pass-book, ATM card etc. were recovered. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused namely, Dharmendra Kumar, Ajay Kumar and Girish Kumar have been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. nos. 10026/2015,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8462 of 2015 (3) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 10052/2015 and 9862/2015. The case of the petitioner stands on the same ground.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case no.26/15.
