One country made pistol and one live cartridge were recovered from the dickey of the motorcycle and petitioners were arrested by the police at the place of occurrence. The petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents and are languishing in jail since 22.3.2015.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions of the parties, let petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S. Ram, learned Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in Triveniganj P. S. Case no. 62 of 2015.
