One country made loaded Katta and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity.

No doubt, petitioner has criminal antecedent of five cases but having more or less similar allegation Lalbabu Mian has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Derni
