Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that marriage of younger brother of the petitioner is going to be solemnized and the presence of the petitioner in the above stated marriage ceremony is required and, therefore, petitioner may be granted provisional bail for certain period.

In my view, the presence of the petitioner in the above stated marriage ceremony is not essential and the aforesaid marriage ceremony may be performed even in the absence of the petitioner.
