The petitioners seek bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that Police intercepted one Wagon-R. On seeing the Police party petitioners started running away with the aforesaid Wagon-R. They were chased and apprehended by the police. It is further alleged that on search, 498 empty bottles without cap and 12 carton sealed pack of Royal Stage Deluxe Whiskey have been

Petitioners are in custody since 9.4.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 414 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
