Learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the bail application of petitioners no. 1 and 3 namely, Sachin Paswan @ Sachin Kumar and Sanju Paswan, the same are dismissed as not pressed.

The petitioners no. 2 and 4 namely, Mangru Paswan

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44024 of 2021(3) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 @ Akash Kumar and Pawan Kumar, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 409 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 452, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations as against petitioners no. 2 and 4 namely Mangru Paswan @ Akash Kumar and Pawan Kumar, I am inclined to allow bail application and grant anticipatory bail to petitioners no. 2 and 4 namely Mangru Paswan @ Akash Kumar and Pawan Kumar, in the event of arrest petitioners no. 2 and 4 namely Mangru Paswan @ Akash Kumar and Pawan Kumar shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

So far as bail application of petitioners no. 1 and 3, namely, Sachin Paswan @ Sachin Kumar and Sanju Paswan are concerned, the same are dismissed as not pressed. (Sanjeev Prakash Sharma, J) Anand Kr.
