Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366, 366(A), 376, 342 of the Indian Penal Code and Under Sections-3(2)(B)/7(1)(A) of the Immoral Traffic Act, 1956 and Section-4 of the POSCO Act.

Petitioner was caught along with one woman in objectionable condition in the room of a hotel for which, he is languishing in jail custody since 14-02-2016. Moreover, the aforesaid woman accepted in her statement that she was in love with the petitioner and she had gone in the hotel by her own will. The aforesaid woman was found aged about 18 years.
