JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he made attempt to withdraw Rs. 49,000/- from the account of another person but, fortunately, he was caught by the bank officials. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner had gone to withdraw amount from account of his parents but some altercation took place between the petitioner and bank officials and, thereafter, bank officials lodged this case with concocted story. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 10.12.2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent.
