2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence while the dance programme was going on in the marriage ceremony of daughter of informant, all the accused persons including petitioner started abusing the ladies who were performing the dance. When informant protested, the accused persons assaulted with lathi, danda, as a result of which five persons including informant sustained injury. The accused persons also fled away with a bag containing ornaments.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32886 of 2025(2) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 allegation is general and omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against petitioner. The present case is counter blast to the case lodged by the petitioners side. The doctor has found the injuries simple in nature . Similarly situated co-accused persons have already granted bail by this Court vide order dated 24.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 8224 of 2023 .

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 227 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
