ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 24.4.2014.
In the nature of dispute between the Parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, but unfortunately, dispute could not be resolved.
Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 24.4.2014 in connection with Mahila Thana P.S. Case No. 19 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Ms. Rashmi, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, or its successor, is hereby, confirmed on the same terms.
