The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.137 of 2014 registered under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, police apprehended the petitioner in connection with Malsalami P.S. Case No.280 of 2014 and got recorded his confessional statement showing his involvement in the case of murder and robbery and in the present case and, thereafter, the police remanded him in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20762 of 2015 (3) dt.16-09-2015 2/2 present case and in two other cases also. Except that, there is nothing to show the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. G. Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.137 of 2014. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
