JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No.183 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the medical report which has come on record in the case diary that the injuries are simple in nature and also taking into consideration the accusation being made on all the family members, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners and in the event of arrest,
