JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2016 The petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 17.06.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The basic accusation is of killing and disposing of the dead body of the daughter of the informant after five years of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that victim was habituating in running away from the house and only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled. Considering the fact that petitioner being husband of the victim chose not to even inform to the family members or the police about the missing of his wife, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner in connection with
