Petitioner is accused in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015 registered under Section 414 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of recovery of looted motorcycle near the door of the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the alleged motorcycle was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather it is recovered near the door of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2015, having no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
