2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barabar Prayatan P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the injured with a farsa on his head. The injury is found to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and also period

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39813 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 of custody, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Barabar Prayatan P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021.
