Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that on merit co-accused Surendra Ram has been allowed bail by a Co-Ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 25610 of 2015. Allegation against the petitioner is on similar footing.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Turkauliya Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32508 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Station Case No. 827 of 2014, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
