The petitioner seeks his bail in Rosera P.S.Case No.292 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B) A, 26 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner, one country made pistol was recovered.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 22.9.2014. The petitioner has remained in jail for about 7 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.Case No. 292 of 2014.
